Turmeric and Chamomile Moon Milk

This calming and anti-inflammatory golden milk latte is infused with chamomile flowers for an anti-stress bedtime tonic for better sleep. This moon milk is an herbal variation of a traditional ayurvedic drink that’s vegan and naturally sweetened with maple syrup.


  • 8 oz plant milk of choice
  • 4 oz water or more plant milk
  • 1 heaping tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp maple syrup, or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan on the stove
  2. Heat to just before a full boil, then turn the heat down to low and cover it.
  3. Steep covered on low heat for 10 minute.
  4. Strain through a fine sieve into a mug and enjoy!
